Traffic Signals and Stop Signs
It’s important to know that Miami drivers tend to disregard stop lights and stop signs. Never assume that it is safe to go when your light turns green or when it is your turn at a 2 or 4 way stop. Always look both ways and in front of you before driving through a green light. If you are in an intersection waiting to turn left and your light turns red, go ahead and go. The other drivers will expect you to.

Go With the Flow
Staying with the flow of traffic is imperative when driving in Miami. Driving too slow, braking frequently, or hesitating too long before turning can result in you being rear-ended. Miami drivers are typically impatient and distracted, so any small disruption in the traffic flow can end up causing an accident.

Expect the Unexpected
With such a diverse population, you never know who you may be driving alongside of. Many Miami residents learned to drive in other cities or other countries, so their driving habits can be unexpected and incorrect. Always be alert, drive defensively, and of course wear your seat belt when driving in Miami.

Edinburgh Castle.

The number one attraction in Edinburgh, the castle sits at the top of the Royal Mile. You can see the Crown Jewels and visit the banquet hall and the chapel. Cannons are shot off at the same time during the day for a spectacular event that you can capture on film.

Royal Botanic Garden.

While admission is free into the Garden, many of the glasshouses charge a modest fee. It’s worth it; however, to see some of the beautiful exhibits that are part of one of the world’s largest botanic gardens. There are daily tours describing the various highlights of the garden. Restaurants allow you to take a break and relax and enjoy the views.

National Museum of Scotland.

Formerly known as the Royal Museum, it reopened its doors this summer after a major renovation. Admission is free and there are new galleries and events for people of all ages, making this a must-see attraction. Thousands of items are on display to tell the story of Scotland’s history.

Gladstone’s Land.

Gladstone’s Land is an example of the tenements that once lined the Royal Mile and was built in 1550. The place was bought by a wealthy merchant to house his tenants. It has been maintained in the style of it’s former owner for a realistic look back in time. One of the highlights is an original painted ceiling.

Georgian House.

If Gladstone’s Land is an example of Old Town Edinburgh, the Georgian House is reminiscent of New Town. It’s a peek into how the upper classes lived in the 18th and 19th centuries when they moved away from Old Town. Tours are given to enhance your experience in this old home.

Alright British people are more formal and reserved than what you might be used to back in your home country. In the United States the two cultures are the complete opposite likewise with anyother culture. For a good introduction always shake someone hand when you leave so you do not come off as an rude unruly foreigner. You’re first impressions are important here. For business the body language are very kind but straight to the point. Good Posture is a must as business partners feel more comfortable with you around as a formal interaction with each person would seem the most usual etiquette within Britain. No matter what you do defer from touching as many do not like and feel uncomfortable. Always show Royal Respect to the Queen as you will get much respect from the locals. Business Attire only wear regular color ties it is common trend here no stripe or designs ever. Personal Questions will only get you disliked from business partners so do not ask any work related questions while off the clock which is 8:30-6:00 PM schedule usually. Afternoon Tea Time is great time to associate with people either locals or business partners just remember to keep your boundaries and be respectful. Moving to England is complete transformation than what you might be accustom to but building proper etiquette will just take time and commitment.
